PhD researcher
Pierre Bouchat is a PhD student in Art History under the supervision of Pr. Alexander Streitberger at UCL Louvain. His doctoral thesis focuses on Italian Radical design and Postmodernism design. In this context, photography is considered as a new material medium for furniture (G. Pesce) but also as a new media for design concepts (Super Studio, E. Sottsass, etc.). He teaches history of furniture and design at IEPSCF Rixensart.
