Previously graduated with a Master in Law from Kharkiv Law University, Tetiana Fedorchenko later switched to Art History. Currently she is enrolled in the MA in Visual Culture at UCLouvain. Applying an interdisciplinary approach, her research focuses on ecological violence and the regenerative force of (both human and more than human) memory. Bridging the concepts of ecocide and memoricide as crimes against the environment and humanity, she explores both natural landscapes and landscapes of memory altered by the war in Ukraine.
